📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.,Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers to manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
