As a Graduate Product Manager at Monee, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for our Credit, Insurance, and ShopeePay offerings. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric products, leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of the digital payments landscape. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define and execute the product vision for Credit, Insurance, and ShopeePay products, aligning with Monee's strategic goals
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities and pain points
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into high-quality, user-friendly products
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Gather and analyze data to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with the ShopeePay team to integrate and optimize our products within the Shopee ecosystem
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or about to graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Understanding of the digital payments and fintech industry, including knowledge of ShopeePay
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
