📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Delivering exceptional customer service to guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
• Assisting with bar operations and stocking supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Upholding the bar's policies and procedures
• Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
• Handling guest complaints and concerns professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar software
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
• Previous experience working in a beachfront or coastal setting is a plus
