🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation and innovation, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Blockchain Professional) are a plus.
