Flowserve is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team and manage our Accounts Receivable department. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely collection of invoices and payments.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aged receivables, cash flow forecasts, and other relevant financial statements.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.,Identify and resolve discrepancies in the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial close, including reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and implementing improvements as needed.,Provide ad-hoc accounting support to other departments as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role in a financial environment.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
