Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the company's performance and profitability.,Leading and managing a team of managers and staff to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Fostering a positive and productive work environment for employees.,Representing the company in meetings, conferences, and other professional events.,Monitoring financial performance and making recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role in the palm oil industry or a related field.,Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.,Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices is a plus.
