Source and attract high-quality candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
