Toko Cahya Medical Center is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who comes to our store. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions.,Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the waiting area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Update and maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organizing.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Provide general administrative support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
