As the OD Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs using tools like Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Teams. You'll also conduct needs assessments, design learning interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement strategic learning programs aligned with company goals
• Develop and deliver training using Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Teams
• Conduct needs assessments and learning interventions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development
• Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
