📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
