📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
