📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

Support team members in achieving their goals and targets

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Assist in training and developing junior staff members

Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus

Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
