📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for client use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle allocation and retrieval.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators and drivers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
