Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial targets are met.Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve departmental performance.Attend and participate in departmental meetings, providing updates and insights as required.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the department is a safe and welcoming place to work.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.Proven track record of success in a leadership position.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
