📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the recruitment strategy.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
