📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Document inspection findings and report any discrepancies to the QA team.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on quality control practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in metal stamping or manufacturing.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
• Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and software such as SAP QM or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
