📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records of all candidates.,Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.
