📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Manage the account portfolio, including setting targets and tracking performance.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Lead and mentor junior account managers.

Report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.

Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
