📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth inventory management processes
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to support decision-making
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus
