📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee fuel management and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
