📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment including Epson SurePress and HP Indigo
• Ensure high-quality output through precise calibration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored print solutions
• Manage print jobs efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on printing software and hardware
• Train and mentor junior staff on digital printing techniques
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the printing department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital printing operations
• Certification in digital printing technology (e.g., Epson SurePress, HP Indigo) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
