📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.,Recommend products to customers based on their preferences and needs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring it is always ready for customers.,Assist in stock management and ensure that the sales counter is well-stocked.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.,Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
