📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with coffee industry is a plus.
