📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Coordinate with department heads to achieve branch targets and objectives.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Manage and develop the branch team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other branches and departments to drive overall company success.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a corporate or financial institution.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
